Easy Exercises help Avoid Premature Ejaculation

Kegels: A special Variety to Stop Ejaculation

When you do Kegel exercises, you squeeze the muscles in the anal area as if you were trying to stop the flow of urine. This helps you be aware of and strengthen the pubococcygeus (PC) muscle, which is a kind of muscular hammock or sling for the sex organs, the urethra (urinary tube), and the rectum. The more awareness and control you have over the PC and other sexual muscles, the more control you’ll have over ejaculation.

There is a specific type of Kegel exercise to control ejaculation. Instead of tightening the muscles in the area of your anus, push down moderately as if you’re forcing out urine or a dowel movement. You’ll know that you’re doing this exercise correctly if you feel your anus opening as you push down and relaxing afterward. This pushing down movement can help stop ejaculation during sex.

As you take a slow, deep breath, count from one to five and firmly clench and tighten you PC muscle, Then as you exhale, count from five to one and push down, opening your anus. Do both parts of this exercise as many times as possible in the course of a day, such as while you’re driving, while you’re waiting in line, while you’re doing almost anything. Some people learn to do 50 repetitions within a 10 to 15 minute period.

At first, you may find that your PC muscle is too weak to clench repeatedly. It will strengthen over time as you do the exercise. During sex, do the squeeze Kegel and hold it if you want to build arousal; do the push down Kegel and hold it whenever you’re so aroused that you think you’re about to ejaculate.
