ADATSA Alcoholism and Drug Addiction Treatment and Support Act
What it is:
A state funded program to assist persons who are chemically dependent and who desire treatment.
Who is eligible:
Persons who:

- Are assessed as alcohol or drug dependent and incapacitated by a department-certified chemical dependency center
- Are age 18 or older
- Reside in Washington State
- Meet citizenship /alien status requirements
- Meet income and resource requirements
What it covers:
Once approved for ADATSA services, you may be eligible for up to six months of treatment in a twenty-four month period. Covered treatment includes:
